There are still over a dozen bars in Richmond that allow smoking inside. As the old saying goes, If she smokes she pokes. We call a girl like this a brick.

I don't know the precise number, but there are bars in Richmond you can smoke in.

Almost all of them require you to go outside. Some have an outdoor patio, but being able to smoke indoors is not common.
