All of Friafax County will be evacuated - this is mandatory - the national guard or VA defense force will arrest or shoot you if you do not comply.

1) We can't afford to lose the center of our government
2) For Obama's political purposes, it simply MUST strike a state with a Republican governor. This makes the Dems seem more patriotic and presidential.
