Katie Eastman to testify against Michael Josef Basl in Moreno lawsuit

Katie has now been chosen as the unfortunate, necessary evil - witness to join the Moreno million dollar stalking lawsuit. She now must testify to how eesh contacted her the same day he found out about of lizzie's testimony against him for his false arrest of Mr. Misery. She will also have to testify about these recent arrests that happened when lizzie was testifying against him regarding Megan. This is to show the jury just how malicious and retaliatory he is and how he did the same thing with William. She will be compelled to testify under a witness subpoena and if she doesn't, she will be held in contempt of court. Her deposition to be held at a later time. I wonder what eesh will do to try to silence her!

this would be awesome if it were actually happening but kate will be long gone by then

either due to suicide or her chick beating her to death

or eesh murdering her and dumping her corpse in lizzie's backyard then calling the police to report a dead body on warwick

or he will dump her in a ditch and plant the gloves of lizzie at the crime scene

don't be stupid. eesh is getting more and more desperate as his legal issues keep piling on. we all know he is going to do *something* to this girl just like he does to anyone who gets in his way. he has nothing to lose and what he did with her is actually a crime against her and she is now the one who can send him away. he will not let that happen. he will probably blow up papa johns himself when she's there and have lizzie framed again. he is going to plant those gloves at whatever crime scene he does. if he doesn't physically harm her you know he will still attempt something to keep her quiet. i feel sorry for her for getting mixed up with him.
