Are US Covert Funning Running Operations More Secure Now After the Benghazi Trials?

So the big question every American wants to know is "Are the US covert gunning running operations like the one we had in Benghazi more secure now from what we learned in Benghazi?"

Are democrats still illegally arming terrorists through Turkey? What changes have been made so the illegal flow of weapons doesn't get disrupted again?
