First, they can get rid of the idiotic "three strikes you're out" laws." We are loading up our prisons with guys who smoke pot and steal car stereos. That means when you are convicted once or twice of molesting a kid or raping some gal, you are in front of the line to get released instead of some dude who got caught three times with a blunt. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

I wish we could expand the list of crimes that merit the death penalty, and expedite the appeals process for cases where it is obvious that the asshole is guilty. Fucking 8th amendment...

Add to the list:
1) Being in this country illegally.
2) Identity theft and/or fraud.
3) Social Security fraud.
4) Talking on a cell phone while driving.
5) Tinted car windows.
(I could go on all night)

There are basically only two crimes that can get you executed: murder and treason. That's it. Let's at least add rape---especially child rape. Those are probably on top of my wish list.

There should be no death penalty. We are supposedly a Christian nation. Was Jesus about revenge?

In case you all forgot...a republican majority supreme court has decided....child rape is not grounds for the death penalty. And if that isn't...nothing is...so I say outlaw the death penalty.

I actually agree with Vince in sentiment.. I just won't use any words with 'C' so I have to konvert them to use a 'k' - doh! Too late.
If child rape doesn't make you you go "juice", then nothing should. Raped children aren't just viktimized, they turn to viktimization of others in alarming numbers. The murdered kan't turn around and murder others, which is the sole reason I find it to be a lesser krime to some fractional degree.
So I say hang the fukkers up, kut their balls off, and let them bleed out that way.
