girlfriend's bf is abusing the GI bill.....what do I do????

so guys my girlfriend's bf served in iraq (he was in the rear with the gear lol!) and so now he has the GI bill but my girlfriend has told me he is claiming residence someplace where he doesn't live so he can get more money out of it to go to school wtf! is this illegal? not sure if I should do something about it lol...
