Well...here it is my first beef with Obama and this country's never ending trend toward fascist imperialism. Many a Nazi mid level authority claimed they were only "following orders" when rounding up and shoving jews, gypsies and communists into the ovens. That defense was seen as inadmissable...yet today we accept this same rationale from those amongst us who just went along...."Good Americans".

WASHINGTON – As President-elect Barack Obama assures intelligence officials that his complaints are with the Bush administration, not them, there are growing hints from Democratic Senate allies that spy agency veterans will not be prosecuted for past harsh interrogation and detainee policies.
