Funny how the more things change, the more they stay the same. The Demokrats are doing all the things they criticized the GOP for. They block a legitimately and legally-appointed senator because he is Black, and they plan to cut taxes more recklessly than Bush ever did. All in order to increase their well-earned single-digit approval rating since they took over Congress.

How tragic that a mere two weeks before MLK day and they inauguration of the first Black president, the Demokrats in the senate manage to tell a proud, honest African American man who was appointed to the senate that his "papers are not in order." Shame! African Americans, wake up and see the party you affiliate yourselves with!!

Ummm, they elected a black guy who promised to cut taxes for the Middle Class, not the rich, like Bush.

As for the "reckless" B.S., Bush gave away a $1 trillion surplus in tax cuts.

The Senate has made it clear from the very begining that they would not seat Blago's appointee. It has nothing at all to do with his skin color. They're just making good on their promise; good for them. And while it may technically be a legal appointment, Blago is facing serious corruptin charges, so there's no way I'd call this appointment "legitimate" like you did. Frankly, Burris was stupid for accepting a tainted nomination in the first place.

And if Republicans are really trying to use your stupid argument to counter the Dems move to block Burris, they are in even bigger trouble than we imagined.

And now one of your most liberal Demokrats, Feinstein, says he should be seated. Which is it? Stick by rules and promises, or let him in? Looks like the Demokrats are having trouble, with Feinstein siding with Republicans. Oh what fun, and the inauguration hasn't happened yet! Demokrats always implode!

What do promises made to the left by Demokrats have to do with messing up the country? The country can only be better off. I also don't see how breaking promises to seat a member that was "tainted" just a week ago will fuck up the country, but those are your words and not mine.
