He didn't go out the window, just the car. No one knows why. This is when he and lizzie were fine. He wanted to make sure lizzie and eesh never talked again and when that failed a face full of pavement seemed like the thing to do?

Gotta wonder why his mom would be nervous about being asked if her son raped someone. Even as outrageous as it may seem most people would have been able to pass on confidence or denial alone if they actually knew their child or wanted to believe their kid isn't capable of such a thing.

Im pretty certain Monique stole his laptop, though. She has no proof of it being a gift except her own words, and he has lots of texts to back up his side. These people are all disgusting, how do you choose sides between a feral thieving monkey and a creepy pedo freak?

He has lots of texts of him changing his mind after, that's not proof. So leave it to the experts, you know - people who are able to smell bullshit from someone who only claims something was stolen after being dumped.

To showing up at someone's house unannounced with police and failing miserably at getting it back by two police agencies and the commonwealth's attorney reading all texts and emails and not finding anything that screams theft and telling the police to return the laptop to Mo?
It's probably because these people deal with scorned perons all the time and can weed through the bullshit and lies of someone using police as a weapon.
