the fact that every time eesh has gone to court for something, especially the misery case and has lost, shows that things wont go well for him at the actual trial. it is very hard to make an argument to get someone's computers. it's almost like having a police search warrant and a judge found enough probable cause to make him turn them over shows that the courts are in fact taking this very seriously. and a jury of his peers will not take too kindly to hearing about him terrorizing a man with autism and especially his family for no reason....

Thankfully my partner who was also a victim of Basl's harrasement does drive and will also be testifying. Kinda simplifies my means of getting there in going with another party to the case. Also loudoun is the only like 15-20 minutes from us longer than Fairfax, I guess it all worked out for the bestowed r everyone but the party coming from henrico. Good thing every court will be familiar with bask by the end of this. Maybe the plaintiff should subpoena det. Bush for their side since he's already in loudoun too.

This I now see was universal balance in getting everything where it actually needed to be to hold the defendant accountable and for full transparency for the courts handling the cases. One county for all the miz suits keeps it very clean for his claims and evidence to be heard too!

I was crushed when I heard not guilty too. I cried when I heard guilty, I was so lucky I was assigned such an amazing prosecutor and officer for my cases.
