Meh. Little need for them these days with many better smaller easily concealed guns available. If really you need something tiny, then the Ruger LCP or equivalent Kel-tec P32 or 3AT are better. If you can go slightly larger then there are many good small 9mm guns out there both in auto and revlover formats.

Besides that rimfire isn't a real good choice for a defensive weapon. The design isn't as reliable. Far more FTFs vs centerfire. And that's coming from somebody who likes .22 mag lot. I have several. Just not as defensive guns.

I like the NAAs because of their size. My next choice up would be a Ruger LCR in .357.
I want front pocket carry, and I love revolvers.

I alternate between a Glock 19 and a 1911 .45 Commander size.

I recently changed my daily carry gun to the M&P9c (no thumb safety) because it holds 2 more rounds than the Gen 3 Glock 26 that I used to carry and it feels better in my hand.

The only thing that I really don't like about it is its aesthetics. M&Ps are ugly in my opinion. I also much prefer Glock triggers; but M&P triggers still work fine enough.

I carry a SCCY CPX-2 9mm,10+1. Inexpensive, reliable, no thumb safety, and I like the DAO trigger. Less chance of an accident.

I don't tell anyone I carry. It's just insurance. I know I'll almost certainly never have to use it. I watch the news, though, and with all of the crazy Muslims and homegrown lunatics running around slaughtering people I won't go down without a fight.

And wonder who can stand to carry that all day taking it in and out where ever they cant carry it. Cops are different, they have to carry and they have a badge in case there's trouble and its their sworn duty to get involved.

Course Clint Eastwood "Dirty Harry" would wear a suit in Nova's 90 F humid heat and pack his .44 6 inch SW N frame in a shoulder holster and that's a good way to go to if your always wearing a suit and never take the jacket off. Whew!!The smell!!

You must not be old enough to remember back when they started issuing Glocks and cops were unintentionally discharging right and left. Even after going with the heavier triggers they still are. Some still maintain that they're unsafe and there are related lawsuits. Proving that idiot-proof never is.
