Man Plunges to Death from London Skyscraper

Today, a London man plunged to his unfortunate and untimely death from a 33 story skyscraper.

Or, the government could mandate that the sidewalks and streets be covered in squishy foam to prevent the injuries from being so traumatic. Additionally, the government could expand their presence by having a trained psychologist assinged to each rooftop of a skyscraper in the event there might be such an incident, the psychologist would be able to talk the jumper from completing their objective. The psychologist could then assist the jumper with the social security paperwork so that the jumper could then make claim and start receiving disability benefits and stop working a regular workweek due to their mental disorder.

Obviously just limit buildings to 18" in height. That way they won't need railings.
