The town of Columbia, which is outside of Baltimore, is 55% white and 22% black. I'm assuming it'd be similar to Short Pump.

This is Andrew Cuomo, Mayor of New York state. As you know, in 2013 I signed a significant legislation which capped the amount of ammunition one weapon could have. I capped it as 7 caps. That's all you could have. NO more! Then a few weeks later there was an issue. Law enforcement was affected by this new ban (that I signed into legislation) for controlling the number of caps in a gun. Also, I quickly learned (this was hard for me as I know everything) that there are not 7-round clips available. Oh oh. Well then make the damn 7-round clips so I can keep my legislation in place, dammit!

After it was realized that I could not get my way, we had to suspend my ruling -- indefinitely. This was a sad day for me. My biggest signature legislation was just shot down quicker than a duck in November during duck hunting season. Pow! Total disappointment.

Then yesterday I heard about the shooting in Maryland. I called hizzonor Governor O'Malley and Mr. O'Malley was disappointed because his legislation didn't prevent this tragedy and shooting from happening. He tells me he will make stronger rules for guns. Much stronger.

I then called the governor in Connecticut because the brand of the weapon used in the Maryland shooting was Mossberg. Mossberg guns are made in Connecticut. That is too close to my state of New York. I want them shut down! Damn guns.

I must close but before I do, I have to tell you how I got started on this big gun ban. About a dozen years ago I was at an event with Mr. Bloomberg. Mr. Bloomberg came over to talk to me and grabbed my ass. He said "son, you will go far in politics as long as you listen to me, do as I say and allow me to write the checks to make things happen." He then let go of my ass. I then felt completely motivated to pass as much legislation as I could. Ban this, ban that. Ban everything, dammit! Ban, ban, ban.

It's okay, I'm an Internet Detective.

This shouldn't be classified as anything other than a domestic violence incident. But, I don't think the general public has a grasp on what this could've been.

Aguilar went in there with two bombs and a little under 100 shells (some high number like that). He obviously walked in there with the intention of killing more than just the two victims. But something happened. For some reason the evil bastard in him quieted. Instead of killing innocent bystanders, he only went for his originally intended targets. Though murdering those two people is an abhorrible act, I do feel that we should recognize that he did the right thing so to speak.

This sounds bad, but the media should "praise" him for not killing the innocent. There needs to be a positive focus on the fact that this could've been much worse and that he is a human, jealous murderer as opposed to a sub-human, spree killing turd. A clear distinction between the two has to be made.

We need send out a message to the future psychos, who are aiming to kill certain people regardless, that killing their targets is all they should do and that innocent bystanders are to be unharmed.

Who's stereotype? After the VT shootings, normal people stopped thinking that. After the Navy Yard shootings, the slow people started to catch on how race isn't a factor. Only racist idiots still believe there's a stereotype.

Look, mass public shootings are the domain of the angry white loner.

Hispanics are in charge of sexual assault, stealing hubcaps and chicken fights.

Blacks dominate the drive bys and brutal subway muggings, and share raping white chicks with the Hispanics.
