Incorrect. If you look closely, you can see they are burying the bunker (looks to be about 9 feet down). Anything more than 6 feet will withstand fire and an earthquake that doesn't have a fault line rupture right next to the bunker. Protection against "PEOPLE" depends on whether they have heavy weapons (i.e. tanks, artillary, large bombs) or just small arms. Also, if the "PEOPLE" have large construction equpiment and can get it up to the bunker, they could dig it out. Otherwise, it looks like there is only one way into the bunker and any prepper worth his/her salt will have thought of protection against just "PEOPLE" trying to get in. If you put a bunker 15 feet or more down, you'll have constant temperature in the mid-50's all year around. It will survive anything short of a direct nuclear strike or solar burst that burns up the earth. Flooding could become problematic, but most people wouldn't use a bunker for a flood. However, if properly designed, a bunker could serve as protection for a flood but the air circulation system and venting would have to be more extensive. Bunkers are almost always water tight except for the air system.
The best part is, in the event of a national meltdown, these are the people who will be restarting society.
