So who was the one Senator who voted in favor of it? And frankly, wouldn't a good elected official (emphasis on the word good) have shopped it around ahead of time to get buy-in before it comes to vote? I mean, that's how other bills work.

%100 of Congress (minus 1 member) voted for this law:
Hillary's law, a boon for "law enforcement and lawyers"
the governement stalks boyfriends law (VAWA)
to arrest and spend (by law) the most ammount of money possible and have totally unfair trails with no investigation whatsoever
to ensare empoverish (and imprison) a man
SIMPLY because the girlfriend complained "he might be a problem"
(ps - any embittered woman will do this. PS PS - gov spent huge tax money making materials urging women on depression medication any sign of "strangeness" by men was material and needed to be filed with Hillary. Why or what the effecting law was - they did not explain to the women.)
ps ps ps. under this law, american indians get extra aid (they already get aid - if you didn't know) and also mexicans get free citizenship if they can find any nigger who will play "false rape claim" with them. all they do is file a VAWA form, the case get sidetracked with lack of evidence, the pregnant mexican gets citizenship: EXACTLY WHAT HILLARY AND %100 OF CONGRESS PLANNED, REP. AND DEM.
