Why do you have arrest records posted, even though the records have been expunged?

To remove your record from fairfaxunderground, simply post your name/date in the removal format as i have below.


*remove the quotations

Be sure to include the parenthesis! After doing so your name will be removed from the search. Be sure to include "//hide" so it will hide your post so you can remain anonymous to others.

Fucksweet, please keep in mind that the removal system is case sensitive! It must be written exactly as shown "Perm-Del". Also remember to use a comma in between your first and last name.

First of all,

Speeding Ticket, not a reckless.. Did you notice that?
Person was trying to go to right lane at the same time I was trying to go left.. I accelerated to get around them but didn't realize the speed limit dropped to 45.. So I though I was only going 10 over..

Second and Third,

The same 24 hr period.. First night found out my wife was sleeping with a cop.. Who I treated like a QUEEN! and she has already admitted that.. I got drunk because the marriage was over.. The following day she was all cocky to me, and I told her to get out..

State of Virginia you can't just tell them that..

I DID have evidence and proof on the other hand!

When she realized that I could legitimately win in court on a divorce and suit, she went into the bathroom and rubbed her chest to put a mark.. ( with a little helpful info from we know who.. )

State of Virginia Policy:
One person has a mark, the other goes.. No Matter what...

So what happens.. I go to jail for an hr, and she has the ability to take the evidence and destroy it..

Then we go to court and come to find out, she sleeps with the arresting officer to persuade..

HAVE proof of that!

So, when you want to put critic remarks about someone.. Know your facts, know the story, and then open your retarded mouth.. Especially if you want to blast them in public..

Juvenile and adult COURT records can be sealed and expunged, but an arrest record is never sealed and will always remain public record.
