I'd put Meade's IQ at about 87. Despite the finger cuts, the uppity Negros comment, and his flawed weight loss planning, Meade is a very smart young man with a bright future.

This is a guy who can't get a job except walking around on a street corner holding a sign. He has delusion-ally thought of becoming a rockstar for 15 years and lives in his grandmothers basement in Richmond with no money.
I'd like to think he is some type of heroin or crack addict but I don't even think that is the case.

He seems like an idiot savant or I dont know. I dont think hes anywhere near as dumb as he comes across. Many aspies are like that. He is just socially awkward, but I believe he is highly intelligent. I can tell from his blog and his writing that he has some kind of intelligence there.

It is above average. Think about it, the guy can read music and write songs, which is a form of poetry. They thought the Elephant Man was mentally weak when in reality he was quite smart. This guy could even be considered gifted.

At least 120. I say this not loosely, but taking in some of the lyrics to the music he has composed. Like it or not the guy is a poet who put out some impressive compositions. Not poetry 101 stuff either.

In the last several years, the average IQ of a person with Down syndrome has increased. In people with Down syndrome, 39.4% are in the mild intellectual disability range of 50-70, and 1% in the borderline intellectual function range of 70-80 (average IQ in the general population is 70-130).

In the 70s is borderline retarded. Anything lower than that, and you need assisted living.
Meade isn't dull or retarded, he has a mild form of autism, like Mr. Misery. The one credible thing about Meade Skelton is that he isn't living off disability. He is working and has an entertaining hobby, unlike the person behind Mr. Misery that has sporadic work history, and currently receives disability from the government for being supposedly unemployable.

I think he is slightly above average in intelligence. Ive seen his pictures and can tell a lot of how smart someone is by looking at their eyes. Listening to his interview on the radio station recently and then some of his music. He just cant be stupid. His blog was written for attention and comedic gold. He knew what he was doing. He may have a slight form of autism, but he uses it to his advantage. He's no dummy. He probably has the last laugh on everyone.

There are cats out there with more talent than the entire Meadow Street Band.

Just based on a quick review of four of his songs, his imagery is a simple (and flat) review of the human condition. Hardly impressive. I can't believe I even wasted my time looking. I seriously have better things to do.
