i once did a strange visitation there ! and the cop girl was too cute!
i was in tatered clothing (all i could afford with my money infact) complaining my car was ticketed by parking police for everything but parking (i was parked legally) - and i'd been at the court trying to resolve the same
i also argued not A SINGLE item on the ticket was somehting police can walk around parking lots to give
i then implied he might have been contacted by "la courthouse" to legally harass me - because they needed an edge to get rid of my protest and had been threatening me in every way - and had been trying to trip me up too (get me to do things that they could arrest me for)
the old guy said "i'm not listening to you i don't care go away" or somehting on the line. the girl was a great bit of sunshine - of course she knew she was uninvolved and on break - not her prob
i also complained the envelope asked i send cash straight to California (for "processing") and later noticed nextdoor to that town was: "fairfax california". fairfax isn't paying interest on it's loans would i ever beleive if i sent CASH to California it'd come back? WTF they're full of theives my butt send cash to CA for a VA ticket. thieves.

i forgot the good part! so for say $75-$150 of false tickets, they sent threatening mail saying they owned my car ! #1 i had no money #2 they were false tickets #3 no way i'm sending cash to California in an envelop - obama would take it for one thing
get your legal hat on: they can't take a car for a $25 debt (or, inflated $150). it's simply illegal to take more than what is owed by law for a legal debt!
that was only one time they tried to steal my car and sent mail stating intent to do so
