"job lock"......REALLY ?

Job Lock is the new leftie term for those of use who actually work for a living and don't sponge off of the government and the rest of us.

They are actually promoting it as a bad thing...if you have a job and pay your way, that's bad because you cant do what you really want to do.

Like sleep until noon, get free health care ('cause you are locked into your job), give in to your "artistic" side (i.e draw some pictures), travel, etc.

Hell even Uncle Joe Biden says if he wasn't locked into HIS job he would like to drag race his neighbor's car.

Dembobs...soooooooooo misguided.

WTF is America turning into.

The point is people shouldn't be confined to a position because of the necessity of keeping health care. It is a form of enslavement at that point.

You really don't have a voice. You don't work. You are on medicaid. You are enslaved by liberal entitlements. You ate a loser at life. You lost we win. Get used to it.

So you get a good job at a good company and stay for a long time. Part of staying with the same company for a long time is that you earn more benefits. It's what you earn for your dedication to the company. Depending on the position you can become an associate, partner, VP, part of the board of directors, etc. Only a liberal would find that being hardworking, dedicated and earning benefits would be a bad thing.
This is all part of the liberal plan to nationalize healthcare and apparently all benefits like vacation, etc. Well they're not taking away my corporate car or vacation place.
Fuck libs!

Job lock is being pinned to your current place of employment because you can't afford to buy insurance on your own. You can't change jobs or move to find better employment because of the fear of losing their insurance or being imposed a waiting period for pre-existing medical conditions. The current system of having employers provide insurance with the use of government tax breaks is responsible for this. The Republicans seek to tax fringe benefits and increase individual tax breaks.
