LOL, zillow does suck like redfin, trulia and all the other crap outdated sites. Though just take a look at some sales, you will see prices are going up. You can't even get a condo in Manassas for under 100k anymore, in October there were plenty. While prices are still dropping around the country, not in NoVa.

by 2025 personal property rights will no longer exist, hell they hardly exist now without government approval. The government will set the sale price for all homes. Those on welfare will have the same homes as those working. That way everything is fair.

The sad truth is the best days of this country are behind us. We used to admire people with great ideas who made it big. Now we have a socialist president who demonizes anyone who gets ahead and tells us to hate them and seize their wealth.

Its not uncommon to have the upper class pay over 50% of their income in taxes. The government is seen as the great equalizer who will seize peoples money and redistribute it as they see fit. The wealth of this once great country is going offshore due to oppresive taxes and the middle class will be asked to pay more and more in taxes to support the welfare state.

Greece and Spain are a prime example yet Obama has tempted Americans to just lay back and take it easy there will always be lots of free stuff.
