Bill will include big increase in quota for legal immigration from Europe. European economies in big mess lots of young educated youths unable to get jobs. A lost generation? Seems like they would benefit U.S. economy. And some of them are even educated youths from Spain instead of the thundering hordes coming from south of the border and the ones sneaking across the northern border.
