I do not like large bowel movements which cause bleeding. Its the straining that causes such and I'm tired of it.

I do not like eating portion controlled wholesome foods; I therefore have large bowel movements which cause bleeding. Its the straining that causes such and I'm tired of it (but too lazy to make the life changes to resolve my health issues).

If you haven't noticed this is about bowels, and the foods that rip our colons apart. But yes, in honor of Brown Onion who's genius and legacy lives on, we have come a long ways in our education and community awareness.

Denny's grand slam special this morning. For exercise I parked at the 2nd closest Handicapped space to get a good 20 foot walk/workout. Got a little winded. Got handicap tags by paying Dr. to claim I needed them. Probably do given how out of shape I am. At 40 yrs I have no diagnosed issues but I do think exercise is a hassle.

Think Ill stop on the way home to pick up a dozen liters of diet coke and Mr. Pibb and some Cheetos, Utz BBQ chips and a sheet cake.

My bowels betray me often but for no reason - life is unfair and I have no idea what to do. Mom says I need a job but no one will give me the $85/hr. I am worth.

So I decided to take some of the advise given here and add exercise to my week. Today after work I decided to take my bike to the grocery for some light shopping. The Gaint is 1 mile from my house. Everything went well until my way back. I had to balance my bags on the handlebars. It worked fine till I got to the light then when starting up the bags shifted causing me to turn the bars and I fell. Skinned my palms and one knee and moved the bars so they were pointing sideways not straight.

Took me 15 min to figure out how to get them straight with the help of a guy commuting on his bike. By this time I had some major rumblings in my gut. Long story short is while cranking up a short hill about half mile from home I sharted. A lot. By the time I got home it ran down my legs got on the seat, pedals and in my right shoe.

IBS is a curse.

congrats on the positive steps in your life - dont be discouraged. Bumps and spills (and leaks) will pay off in healthier bowels. Soon you will be riding squirt-free.

Foods my bowels dont want include KFC and any fast food. Its high fat, high calorie, high sodium and low nutrient density. My precious bowels get little in return for grinding and digesting that lump of animal tissue, bread, salt and fat. I know this because eating these foods my bowels let me know right away they are not happy.

Stomach ache followed by gas followed by liquid shit from poorly handled fatty crappy food. So, well done diced - you fucked yourself on this one.

5 am this is a direct interference with your bowels and your life. Your workplace does not sound ADA compliant.

I hope your bowels survive such rudeness and a lack of humanity. Wish you well but going to drop a rather large space rock this morning.

Bit of bad news - the Holiday Inn Express Dundalk Md is charging us $1,248.33 for 'room and carpet clean-up and repair' after our last outing. They claim the carpet was 'soiled with what appeared to be animal waste' and that 'our rooms forbid pets of any kind.' I didnt bother telling them the stains were from Ronnie slipping off the drop cloth mid quiver. Deck shoes are always advised on wet and slippery plastic sheets.

Anyway that will eat up our discretionary funding and reserve for the next couple of months so no meet-ups till the Fall. Thanks to all the BIB's see you around Halloween.

The only one who gets off on scat is the impersonator of me and red onion, who was a valuable contributor.

This thread in memory of brown onion, is about bowel ailments and foods that might decrease the punishment.

Bullshit. You guys never talk about "foods that might decrease the
> punishment." - show me a single post from you in the last month suggesting food that helps. You and the rest talk about how big your shits are and how much they hurt and how the disgusting food you eat makes you poo more.

At least be honest about what you are doing - talking about your poo coming out like a child.

Its you who are the fool. First for countless hours, rants and raves, trying to intimidate and or decrease other Americans freedom of speech. This is the United States, so if you want to act like a Russian douchebag, there are flights to Moscow daily.

We have discussed everything from fruits, vegetables, flax seed, and yes some people do eat unhealthy. Its a free country so their choice, and continue to assert your superiority by being a continued asshole, which shows how miserable you are. By the way when you go upstairs to get food out of the fridge, sorry I plowed through your mom and she can't bake cookies for you.

You sound mad - how are your bowels? Also noted you couldnt find a single quote from yourself recommending 'foods that might decrease' bowel suffering. All you ever talk about is how big your poo is.

Well, the kids have been moving back into the dorms here at JMU, all 21.000 of them. Many of the freshmen will be having a hard time adjusting to the semi-private toilet facilities in the dorms. For most of these kids it's just a minor adjustment but for others it leads to bowel problems. Fortunately the school has programs to help these kids but some are too embarrassed to seek that help.
Our former leader "Brown Onion" often said that most of us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when we discuss bowels and that should not be the case. Brown was an advocate for free, honest and open communication about bowels. I miss my friend Brown Onion and think of him often.

He is missed and his legacy lives on. I hope his bowels are perfect in Heaven!

That means a lot that young people can discuss their bowels in a non judgemental place. Its not easy especially when well you've seen the aggression towards us.

My Mom and Dad refuse to let me pack a lunch so I have to eat the crappy lunch-lady food every day. I have to ride the bus to school and my friends call the bus a "Loser Cruiser" they laugh at me for riding the loser cruiser. That makes me feel sick too.

Yes because taking a dump is traumatic - please. Brown was funny and more entertaining than Green Onion. I liked some posts because he joked about poo more than complaining. In the end he was a lazy racist though and died from a lifetime of neglect and poor hygiene. Hopefully this will serve as a cautionary tale for the rest of us. Eat well, exercise a lot every day and be kind and tolerant towards your fellow man or you too will be more likely to die from heart disease and be remembered for your unkindness.

On a very rare instance I will eat crappy food that tastes good - today was one of those days. Steak and Cheese from Jersey Mike's. Tasted ok, kind of like meat-candy. Went for a 25 mi. ride within the hour. No wonder you poor bastards complain - food like this is really bad for you. My body was shit-dry-heaving my whole ride. Like my body knew it had to expel this toxic shit but it wasnt far enough down the alimentary canal yet.

Between reflux and farting my body clearly wants this food out asap. I dont usually eat red meat and never this type. Which leads me to what this thread is 'supposed' to be about. DONT EAT SHITTY FOOD like fast food steak and cheese. It causes anyone, no everyone over 30 to have problems.

Use your goddam brain and eat wholesome foods and exercise every day.

I am on the can at 4 am all because of the cracker barrel. First off I was the only person in cracker barrell under the age of 55. My uncle wanted to meet me there so I went. Cracker barrel is the enemy of bowels everywhere. Going to cracker barrell is like volunteering for disease.
It's like you are driving down the road and you see a fuckin cracker barrel and you say to yourself "Hey that place looks good, I think I will stop there and get a big plate of greasy food smothered in some heavy sauces with some bread dripping with some soft greasy butter and then I can stay up most of the night shitting till my anus swells and bleeds"

Go ahead, have some Maple Pecan Fried Chicken - Three pieces of fried chicken covered with a maple mustard sauce and savory southern pecan topping. Also included is a choice of two country sides, made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins, and butter!

My problem with Cracker Barrel is I only see them on road trips - no way Im filling my bowels like that on a road trip. Imagine the strain of your digestive system trying to process that grease and flour and factory farmed shit-chicken while in a sitting position for hours never getting up to stretch or stand up. Might as well swallow condoms filled with rocks, sand and clay.

I hope your heart doesnt fill up with plaque right away. Try to foster a crippling addiction to alcohol to keep your arteries clear.

That is great spring onion. You should be able to get some nice fruit and some rye or whole grain bread, maybe some sliced turkey. I see kids here at JMU eating lunchables and diet coke for lunch which is really bad. Many kids have to borrow money to attend college so I guess some can't afford the meal plan which can provide a very healthy diet depending on the choices you make at the dining halls.
The JMU food has done wonders for my bowels. I wish you the best of luck spring onion.

Loaf of high quality baked bread $2.50
1lb sliced Turkey $7
1 bag Fuji or Gala apples $4.00
1 box 8 granola bars $4.00
1 jar peanut butter $3.00

Drink water - buy a container free from BPA. If you dont have a water filter at home buy one to keep in the fridge or attach to the faucet. The peanut butter will last a couple weeks so its an investment. If you are a Vegetarian substitute turkey with hummus and cheese. Personally I recommend using paper bags to hold food in - I dont go for marinating my foods in plastics like zip loc bags. You can find good silicon containers that are inert and wont transfer toxic chemicals to your food.

Enjoy your time and for the love of god avoid 'lunchables'
