An Iraqi refugee tried to bomb a Social Security office in Casa Grande.

DHS head recently denied him a green card on the grounds he was a terrorist, yet refused to send him back to Iraq. It sounds like their program of importing potential terrrorists for tracking and setting up in sting operations is run very loosely.
