You can not find it because it does not exist. The conversation you put in quotes never happened.
It is called "spin". Somebody took two semi-unrelated incidents - her stance on guns and her sucurity alledeedly applying for a permit, and made up the exchange and presented it as "fact".
I will show you you how this works.
At a recent press conference a reporter asked President Bush about the Iraq war. The reporter said "do you feel remorse now that we all know it was a mistake."
Bush then replied. "No it was not a mistake. I am the decider. Remember, I am an oil man and it was a war for oil and besides God told me it was ok".
You see, the story was made up. But Bush did say he was "decider" he did say that he checked with God beforehand and he did say the war was not a mistake. BUT he never spoke THOSE words.
Get it.
One supervisor of the NRA said, after their museum in Washington DC was broken into and many gus stolen - guns that would eventually be used in the commission of many crimes - announced the NRA would be moving to the suburbs. The supervisor was quoted as saying
"The crime rate in DC is too high. It is too dangerouse for us to remain in DC"
Yes the NRA museum was broken into and several firearms stoplen. THAT is a fact. Yes, some of the guns were later used in the commission of crimes - a fact also, Yes, the crime in DC was a major reason for the NRA to move to Fairfax and it coincidently happened shortly aftly the museum break in. But did someone at the NRA speak the words I put in quotes? Probably not.
But the NRA has never been real good at quoting stuff accurately anywqay. When they were in DC a plaque outside the building quoting the right to bear arms ammendment was mis-quoting what the constitution actually said.
