Why has it been so chilly lately?

Its practically summer yet it feels like March . What gives? I mean I actually had to wear a sweater this weekend because it was windy and barely in the 70s. I can't stand this. I want summer weather. We had such a mild winter, we're probably going to have a cool summer.

Not a heavy one, but yeah. It was in the 70s, but the humidity was very low so it didnt feel that warm.
