Gif Brewery lets you add captions and does some basic editeding. Photoshop CS4 is the best program for creating gifs, but it takes some practice.

I was thinking about getting Photoshop Elements. Office Max has the last version of Elements and Premiere for $100.

I'm not sure Elements will do Gifs. CS5 defaults to 64 bit mode, which won't let you do gifery. You can set it up in 32 bit mode and it will work, but not as good as CS4.

So, what is the deal--for real--behind this decoy eesh keeps using to pose as him....who is he? a friend of eesh's? That's obviously not eesh for real, or else there'd be no doubt about who he actually is.....and nobody still knows, somehow. Doesn't add up.

Come on Einstein. As much fun as it is to pile on here let's give eesh some credit. Clearly he doesn't care what people say about his looks. To the best of my knowledge every picture of eesh on this site was posted by eesh himself.
A couple of dumb photo shops aside, Lizzie posted a few as well.
