This is Naders response when asked about President ellect Obama

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibsP6XN2dIo

Your response is(trying to think of what you might say):

1-He's right to ask that question we really expect more from Obama a change if you will dispite that Obama has a background of following the coorprate line.

2-Nader is just another right wing bigot and bitter because he lost and really thought he would win.

3-Something else that will allow you to accept more and more disappointments from Obama that you would not of from Bush.

Ralph Nader is about as far from the right-wing as one could possibly be without falling off the face of the earth.

I will say this. If Rush Limbaugh had said what Nader said, the press would be all over him. Why aren't they calling Nader on the carpet for his blatantly racist remark?

poor use of a traditionally racist term...correct on many of the issues he raised. if he had the history and predisposition as Rush Id be more critical of the terminology.

Because everyone knows that Nader is not a racist.

Rush a neocon or false conservative, would not say it.

It is not liberal or conservative Democrat or Republican but those who can say the truth.

Go back and listen to the tape, Nader did not even say Obama was a Uncle Tom but questions the integrity of his presidency based on his past performance. For that he is banished from the airwaves. And so goes the ability to inquire int the truth in America.

Actually you should listen because he poses the question, "will he be an Uncle Sam or an Uncle Tom." It's racist because the only reason he is using "Uncle Tom" is because Obama is black. I have never heard Nader use that term with Bush, Kerry or Gore, and I remember him criticizing them all for the same thing...being a lapdog for corporate interests.

The other problem with Nader's comment is he has this bizarre concept that "Uncle Sam" is a well known Welfare Nanny. Uncle Sam says, "I want you," not, "I'm gonna give you."

Nader has an outdated view of the country based on 60s Liberalism. Whatever Obama brings to the White House, it won't be that.

First of all he acknowledges Obama as the first Elected Black president which is the focus of his answer. Bush, Kerry or Gore are not black nor are they elected president. He was trying to put together a kind of alliteration phrase that communicated the tough question and in it a hope or encouragement toward a positive direction.

In other words, Ralph Nader evoked racial ignorance to achieve some inaccurate and bizarre interpretation of his anti-corporate agenda.

Nader is a far-left-wing rabble-rouser. He is an Arab-American politician- he has no business using the term "Uncle Tom"!

He did alot of commendable work in his life- particularly auto safety and his work as a consumer-advocate. But this Uncle Tom kinda shit is ridiculous and I hope it's downfall.

Ralf Nader was not ignorant about Obana's race. I don't understand.

It is not a inaccurate interpretation of Nader's anti corrupt corporate agenda.

He was trying to achieve a kind of hip talk that would communicate powerfully.
