Never sign up with MANPOWER.
Even if they never find a job for you they will use your SSN for fake job placements.
Went to the unemployment line and found a job that looked like it was made
just for me.
So I tell the worker I'll take it!
Then she says I can't take it as it says I am already working there.

That is not a contractor, that is a staffing agency. Though, I guess you could think of it the same way, it's not really the same.
I've done contracting for years and it's been very lucrative for me. If you’re not happy with Manpower find someone else. Getting mad and blaming them for your unemployment isn’t going to help you.

It could lead to full time employment with the company you've been placed with.
I worked as a temp. years ago for Kelly Services, they placed me with ohnson and Johnson, after I "proved" myself with J&J, they hired me from Kelly, I guess they buy the "contract" from them. This has happened with a lot of people, I'm not an isolated case.

Their databases of social security numbers are often stolen, usually by low-level clerks, who then resell them to identity thieves and people who use them for other nefarious purposes, like providing a social security number for an undocumented worker (illegal alien) to work somewhere.
If your post is real and not a troll post, you should report the theft to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-438-4338, or online at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft/, then take a copy of your report to your local police station and file a report there.

To join Blackwater/Xe you need extensive military or police experience. I doubt you will ever achieve that.
