You should go to a pro photographer if you want decent headshots. These are not good. The background color is not suitable and distracts from the subject. You're also too close to the background. Move away at least 5 feet and use a 50mm or 85mm lens at a very wide aperture. Wear neutral colored shirts or use themed colors.
