I rarely shave.

I like the scruffy look.

But when I DO shave, I love using a classic, high quality shaving kit.

It's gives a much closer shave and just feels amazing.

Shaving is now a rare treat for me that I actually look forward to every couple of weeks.

And if you're a filthy nigger (aka obama supporter), then you'll especially like these shaving tips due to your nasty ass, unevolved, coarse, facial hair.

Here's what you need to know about shaving to become straight up gangsta like me:

First and foremost, you need to know that Old World Europe makes all the best shaving stuff.

They've got it down to an art and science of perfection over many centuries.

The first piece of shaving gear you should get is a high quality BADGER hair brush.

It's very soft and absorbs water really, really well.

i went a a couple months without shaving once. i was also unemployed for more than a couple. if i didnt have to i wouldnt. now, mind you, i wouldnt be shaggy looking either, trim it.

My baby face goes 3-4 days between shaves.

If the Caps make the playoffs possible 3 months without a shave. Which for me is not a good look.

Generally, I shave every other day from spring until late fall. For the last 4 years or so, I grow a beard starting around Thanksgiving and shave it off around early March. It makes a huge difference in keeping warm when the winter winds are howling.

The longest I've gone without shaving would be about seven days. I generally can't stand going outside with stubble, it simply doesn't feel right. The only spot on my face I don't shave is above my upper lip, but I do keep it trim.

I don't shave because I fucking suck at it and always end up butchering my neck/jawline. It's so hard to get the Adam's apple without nicking yourself! I just use an electronic beard trimmer to maintain my stubble. None of my employers have ever complained.

I was given a gift certificate for a shave at the Grooming Lounge once. So, I went without shaving for like 5 days, just to be sure and get my money's worth. It drvoe me crazy. I'm certain I haven't gone that long without shaving since I was probably 16. I didn't even like the stubble look, well on me it was mostly gray anyway. Maybe if I let it grow and groomed it but still, I don't think at this point I'll ever get used to not being shaved.

I will say the shave at The Grooming Lounge was wonderful.

I'm with whoever posted about using a shaving brush. I have a badger brush that I use often and it does make a difference over just trying to rub the shaving cream in by hand. I also use shaving soap and make the lather from that. I can't afford to use the latest razors though.

No. It started with a few days off work, then a bender over the weekend followed up by more laziness. No client visits. Honestly, it looks like shit. Its been a long time since I made it this long.
