Typical outcome for a gasspassing ticket

The other day I was in the mall, and I'd just eaten an Taco bell, where I had four bean burritos and an encherito and a quesedilla with a side of beans. I'd had crab cakes the night before, and that morning I'd had like eight cups of coffee.

Anyway, I was walking in the mall, and all of a sudden the pressure built up in me so bad I had to let one go. I thought I could squeak it out, but it came ripping out of me, sounding like someone throwing a bucket of really soggy oatmeal into a fan. The air almost turned green from it, and this chick behind me started puking in the fountain, and this old lady passed out, and two kids ran away screaming and smacked into a window on a store front.

Anyway, the next thing I know, this cop is shining a flashlight in my face, asking what I think I'm doing, and he gives me a ticket for disturbing the peace, slaps me with an emissions control violation, AND charges me with crimes against humanity for a chem/bio attack. How should I respond to this? Do I need a lawyer?
