Herman Cain disappeared after not doing so hot in the primaries.

Whatever happened to the community organizer who promised to bring transparency back to Washington?

Remember the one the Media told you was so intelligent, worldly and thoughtful?

Jeezus, if he could contain his mistakes to "corpsemen" and "Austrian language" it would be one thing. It doesn't feel good to be humiliated by Vlad Putin. First with Edward Snowden, now with this.

Can't we all admit this prez is a chump and move on?

Jobs again? I thought you Republicans stopped worrying about jobs and the economy? LoL its like watching a chicken with his head cut off.

Let me help you Wingnut. You filthy fucking bastard. You want to win elections? Start participating in bipartisan legislating. The country has been legislating democratically since its inception. It has always produced dividends for both parties and the country.

Now the butt hurt Fox News Republican generation has decided the key to salvation is obstruction. That leaves with one political argument Wingnut, endless negativity.

You're gonna keep losing, why, because you're stubborn bastards. You've already tested your political strategy and lost. So sit here Wingnut and spew the only negativity you're left with. That's all you'll ever being doing.

Now it seems the Syrian "opposition" (aka- Al Qaeda and a handful of others) is AGAINST the Putin plan.

They would prefer that Barack lob some missiles and help them get the upper hand. There are orthodox Christian churches that need burning and women who are not wearing burqas, this is an outrage.

Dear Wingnut,

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to enlighten those who have chosen to not give a fuck. If after all this time they still do not realize what an utter and complete failure this administration is, then fuck them.

This brain dead, morally bankrupt, mainstream media brainwashed person who criticizes and posts stupid pictures of GOP candidates eating corn dogs likely is a closet or full fledged sodomite. Posts like this fool's show on average the caliber of intellect liberals have. It's very adolescent, the name calling, and implied oral sex on a corn dog.

The ends justify the means with these people. None of this administration's scandals, failures, or just plain stupid fuckups matter to democrats.

Just a few in no particular order.

1) Fast and furious - gun running with the goal of undermining the 2nd amendment

2) Solyndra (among others) - Crony capitalism masked by "green, renewable energy" Source : http://www.rpc.senate.gov/policy-papers/obamas-green-energy-bets-keep-coming-up-short_update

3) IRS as political weapon - targeting conservative and pro-Israel groups

4) Benghazi - failure of administration to protect the Benghazi mission; the changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video; and the refusal of the White House to say what the big 0 was doing that night

Lies and Stupid comments:

"Today I am pledging to cut the deficit we inherited in half by the end of my first term in office.

"I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody."

"I don’t know – not having been there and not seeing all the facts... I think it’s fair to say.. that the Cambridge police acted stupidly."

"Instead of worrying about whether immigrants can learn English.. you need to make sure your child can speak Spanish."

“It’s here that companies like Solyndra are leading the way toward a brighter and more prosperous future.”

"If I had a son he, would look like Trayvon Martin."

I would continue but I must get ready for college. I need to be sure to work hard and get a degree. That way I can get a good paying job and support multiple families living on the dole.

Liberals can't see the forest for the trees.

Blame bush in 3... 2.. 1..

Obama is worthlesss as a President. I voted for him the first time because of all his talk of transparency and there were several problems that needed fixing from Bush and his cronies. After 2 maybe 3 years of his first term it was obvious this guy was in way over his head and outmactched at every turn.

I can't believe America elected that bozo again. But it's not as if Romney was lighting the world on fire and I guess the siren song of free stuff to the lazy part of the poplulace was too strong. Our elections have truly become voting for the best bad option.

Thats considered racist today. Liberals expect absolutely nothing out of minorities so you cant ever question one and have to praise them for not being white. However is they ever express a conservative position or vote for a republicans its okay to throw racial slurs at them, insult their intelligence, and viciously attack them letting your inner racist out for them breaking free from the democratic plantation. According to them real blacks dont think they just vote as theyre told

So what is the final outcome of this?

Assad stays in power ( which was against the stated wishes of the Obama administration made in 2011 http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-202_162-20094023.html )...

Syria has it's chemical weapons "monitored" or "destroyed" by it's benefactor, Putin's Russia...

The Syrian regime continues to hand it to the rebels (which I kind of support)..

John Kerry looks like a lightweight for making such a penny ante threat ("we're talking an UNBELIEVABLY SMALL attack")...

Putin calls John Kerry a LIAR in public and sends warships to the region....

This is a win for America?

Obama should have had a resolution in place. McCain or one of the repub hawks would have been happy to have given him one calling for a military response to any use of chemical weapons. And Obama could have pressed a dem counterpart to support McCain on this.

Hmmm... It may have prevented use of chemical weapons in the first place and saved a life or a thousand.

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with Assad winning and I didn't want another war of any scale.

I sure don't like the leader of my nation to look like half a queer on the world stage though.

No, Assad is happy as a clam as well. He gets to stay in power. He's wiping the floor with the rebels right now and will have regained control of all put the most northern part of Syria by the end of this year.

I'm kinda happy too. We have avoided being drawn into yet another Middle Eastern conflict. How Obama comes off to the rest of the world is of little concern to me. The US has been on a downward spiral since Johnson-Nixon-Ford-Carter-Bush1-Clinton-Bush2. Obama is just another in a long line of incompetent leaders who have abused the public's trust to enrich themselves and their homies. Since 1960, we've had two decent presidents - JFK and Reagan. Pretty sad

It is interesting that they give a fuck all of a sudden.

That Saudi Arabia cares so much is always a red flag for me. Let nature take her course over there.

reason Magazine sums it up pretty well with a poll....

September 2013 Poll Results Overview

Poll: 64 Percent of Americans Say President Obama’s Handling of Foreign Policy Is Worse or the Same as President George W. Bush’s

74 percent of Americans say strikes on Syria would be “unwise” and half of Americans believe the D.C. establishment wants war more than the public

As the country debates launching airstrikes on Syria, President Barack Obama’s standing on foreign policy has taken such a hit that the latest Reason-Rupe poll finds 64 percent of Americans, including 68 percent of independents and 41 percent of Democrats, believe President Obama’s handling of foreign policy is worse than, or the same as, former President George W. Bush’s handling of foreign policy.

President Obama famously said he opposes “dumb wars.” Nearly three-quarters of Americans, 74 percent, say it would be “unwise” for the United States to launch airstrikes on Syria without the support of the United Nations or Great Britain. Just 17 percent say U.S. strikes on Syria would be wise.

When it comes to launching U.S. military action across the globe, 47 percent of Americans say the “political establishment in Washington D.C.” is more likely to favor military action than they are. A majority of independents, 57 percent, say D.C. insiders are more likely to favor war than they are. In contrast, just 17 percent of Americans say the Beltway establishment is less likely to favor military action than they are, and 30 percent say the establishment favors war about the same amount as the public.

The Reason-Rupe poll conducted live interviews with 1013 adults on mobile (509) and landline (504) phones from September 4-8, 2013. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 3.7 percent. The poll’s sample was made up of 38 percent independents, 29 percent Democrats, and 23 percent Republicans. Princeton Survey Research Associates International executed the nationwide Reason-Rupe survey.

Oh, I think you'll be far more than humiliated when the taxes you pay get jacked up big time in a few years to cover the reckless spending on the behalf of President Obama. Get yer' wallet open ... and bend over, because they are not going to use any grease when they stick it to you.

And I remember when Obama said deficit spending was treasonous.

Whats your point?

Either Obamas a liar, or you believe Cheney and theres no reason to raise taxes.

This is what makes you so great gerry, you argue against your own point when you think youre being clever

As usual, Obama calmly puts things in perspective for the "FOX" fuckheads.

Perfect solutions, perfect explanation, perfect shooting down of the "FOX" talking points....just taken care of in the most professional and presidential way.

I love that he destroyed the "talking points" while not dropping down to the level of those screaming like children.

Conservative views:

If Obama:

uses military strikes = another war and dead americans and cost money = BAD

DOES NOT use military strikes = weak and we lose to russia and liberal = BAD

I LOVE the ignorance of the conservatives, seriously entertainment at its best.

I know its a surprise to you but only MSNBC shoves talking points.

Just for a good laugh what would those "fox" talking points be.

Just for the hell of it as well why did you put quotes around Fox, not sure how to spell it? I cant stop laughing at your post thank you for that

Of course the context being the trivial (by today's standards) deficits that Bush was pulling in during the course of a military spending build-up post 9/11.

Also, prior to the financial crisis, Bush's deficits were rapidly going downward and probably would have broken even by the time he left office were it not for the recession.

Obama remains the only $ trillion dollar man ever elected.

Why, because Obama worked with a leader that no one else could of - to come to the best solution?

Now watch as Russia and Syria set unrealistic terms and/or Syria jacks off the inspectors. I didn't want a war, but if this is how Obama flexes muscle, he is one weak dude. Sorry for allowing him to represent my country, This is a true disgrace.

Even the super liberal New Republic is admitting that Obambo "got played" by Putin.

This, apparently, is how diplomacy happens these days: Someone makes an off-hand remark at a press conference and triggers an international chain reaction that turns an already chaotic and complex situation completely on its head, and gives everyone a sense that, perhaps, this is the light at the end of the indecision tunnel.

Speaking in London next to British Foreign Secretary William Hague on Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry said that perhaps the military strike around which the administration has been painfully circling for weeks could be avoided if Bashar al-Assad can "turn over every single bit of his chemical weapons to the international community in the next week. Turn it over, all of it, without delay, and allow a full and total accounting for that.”

The fact that Kerry immediately followed with, “But he isn’t about to do it, and it can’t be done, obviously,” didn't seem to bother anyone. (Probably because they were focusing on his other slip-up: calling the promised strikes "unbelievably small.")

The Russians immediately jumped on the impromptu proposal, calling Kerry to check if he was serious before going live with their proposal to lean on Syria. An hour later, they trotted out Syria's foreign minister, Walid al-Mouallem, who said he too was down with the proposal, which was a strange way to get the Syrians to finally admit they even had chemical weapons to begin with. Before long, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon, the English, and the French were all on board, too.

Meanwhile, back in Washington, the White House was just as surprised as anyone. Asked if this was a White House plan that Kerry had served up in London, Deputy National Security Advisor Tony Blinken was unequivocal. "No, no, no," he said. "We literally just heard about this as you did some hours ago."

So that's good. At least everyone's on the same page.

While the Russians are already cutting deals and drumming up promises from the Syrians—with whom, as they've insisted for years, they have no leverage—and as the world lines up on the off-ramp, the White House was still marshalling its case for a military strike, trotting out National Security Advisor Susan Rice, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and poor Tony Blinken, who was left making the case for two mutually exclusive things: "We'll talk to the Russians," he kept repeating even as he hammered on the intelligence and the need to degrade, deter, et cetera, et cetera.

Last night, President Barack Obama, who, just over a week ago, had said he was ready to act, tells the nation's cable watchers that he's now discussing this bogus plan with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and that he's "going to take this very seriously" while also not letting up on the drumbeat of military strikes while. On Tuesday, Syria said it had accepted Russia's proposal and France said it would seek the UN Security Council's backing for the proposal.

This, in other words, is no light at the end of the tunnel. This, to borrow a phrase from a Congressional staffer at his wits' end, "is an unmitigated clusterfuck."

Do you Obama worshipping creeps read your own liberal media and what they are saying? It's bipartisan, liberals and conservatives agree that Obama has moved wrongly and is embarrassing the nation.

Joe Klein, diehard Obamatard writes "The President’s uneven Syria response has damaged his office and weakened the nation. It’s time for one more pivot"

I surely do not relish having a tyrant like Putin humiliating our President and our nation. This is a KGB guy full of dirty tricks and brute maneuvers. This is the man who jailed Pussy Riot and gave Edward Snowden asylum.

I can't sit back and watch Obama unravel either, it's sad but I've known him as weak since Day One. Putin is an Eastern Promises style gangster and Obama is a sheltered suburban sissy with mediocre intelligence who has been moved forward because he is light skinned, non-threatening and makes liberals feel tingly inside.

We have given keys to the nuclear football to an academic and a career "community organizer". It is fucking sick.
