Not sure that's true. Older people may become more spiritual, but not necessarily more religious. If you age gracefully, there is more empathy for other people as you encounter the tough times that you never thought you would.

I saw some old fuck last week merging on the beltway from braddock road doing about 48 mph. The old prick was driving a early 2000's ford taurus station wagon that looked like it was brand new. I bet that old car had less than 20000 miles on it. I blew the horn at him and he flipped me off with his old wrinkled middle finger. Growing old a'int for the faint of heart. I used to able to run 5 miles a workout four times a week, now i can only run 2 miles; four times a week. I used to be able to play the field in both ends of a baseball double header, now I got to DH the second game. And what really sucks is when I drink my 6 beers a day and my 1 1/2 oz.shot of Jack Daniels a day: now I have to drink the bourbon in two pops instead of one. How about those road apples.

They get reverse mortgages and 15 years later get all upset when they realize that they have to go back to a forward mortgage or give up the house once the balance reaches zero. Now im 17 years old I killed my cat I cant forgive myself so I went around jumping into puddles with lephercauns in them I was lone wolf. Im old - mid fifties. Its okay. Its harder to train and my run times are really slow now. Ben Gay is and always has been disgusting and the 'mark of the idiot.' because it does nothing except smell gross.
I guess my observation is anyone over 50 should get the hell off the roads after 10pm on a Fri or Sat night. I drive about 5 mph over the limit on secondary roads max and 20 mph over the limit on the highway max. You get run over if you do that at 1030pm on Friday night. Last night I had to go 80 mph on I495 getting into my exit lane (far right) and was still getting tailgated. Young lady in the Beetle wasnt mad at me or anything its just how she drives.
Get off my lawn...

I was able to retire from my county job at age 51 so I ditched my house too and bought a townhouse in Dumfries for cash. So the only thing I am missing is those snow capped mountains. I have a nice view of the dumpster behind Domino's pizza though. I am paying dearly for health insurance but I still have a positive income every month and a few hundred grand for emergency use. The Asian girl who cuts my hair jerks me off for 37 dollars, life is good!
