The ad business in tysons that had the cow stand up

Many years ago there was an advertising firm in Tysons that had cardboard stand ups of cows in the windows for all to see. I believe the firm was owned by a woman. Imagine that. Cows have been gone for years but always wondered what happened to the ad firm. Get bought out?
