Palin Blames McCain Campaign for Tarnished Image

Four Republicans close to Palin said she has decided increasingly to disregard the advice of the former Bush aides tasked to handle her, creating occasionally tense situations as she travels the country with them. Those Palin supporters, inside the campaign and out, said Palin blames her handlers for a botched rollout and a tarnished public image — even as others in McCain's camp blame the pick of the relatively inexperienced Alaska governor, and her public performance, for McCain's decline.

"She's lost confidence in most of the people on the plane," said a senior Republican who speaks to Palin, referring to her campaign jet. He said Palin had begun to "go rogue" in some of her public pronouncements and decisions.

She's gonna be the McCain scapegoat after the election.

The Republican consultants (read Rovians) are calling her a Diva who trusts no one, including her own family. Expect her to be destroyed by the RNC machine early in the 2012 primaries.

Many of her comments display she and McCain clearly haven't talked on policy issues, contrary to McCain’s comments otherwise.

She said she supported Sec. Rice on North Korea; McCain does not. She said McCain was for a constitutional amendment to ban all abortions; McCain does not support a constitutional amendment. She said we should go into Pakistan; McCain does not tolerate such public comments on war strategy. Her comments about the job of the Vice Presidency displays clearly McCain has not communicated with her a strategy for her in his administration.

His campaign is falling apart, and I blame Rick Davis, and his tomfoolery toward the electorate.

Alaska's biggest newspaper endorses Obama.

I wonder if this one of those newspapers Sarah reads.

Obama for president

Palin's rise captivates us but nation needs a steady hand

McCain aide says,

"Also, she is playing for her own future and Palin sees herself as the next leader of the party. Remember: Divas trust only unto themselves, as they see themselves as the beginning and end of all wisdom."

Palin leading the Republican party, I've heard it all now.

I'm beginning to wonder if the McCain Campaign, championed by the media, was a false flag operation from the get go. I like Palin, the Americanaism and would like to see her be more herself but what would the media do then? Let's face it America is headed toward a fascist dictatorship with a very limited concept of what is conceivable in a leader. It would be very hard for anyone to run as a Republican after Bush. But easy after four years of Obama. It's all a show.

Well as long as we continue to have elections, we will approach nothing conceivably close to a fascist dictatorship.

All the great Republican campaigners knew the 2008 election would go Democratic. That's why many of the great Republican campaigners and lobbiest started distancing themselves from McCain a long time ago. That's why McCain went bankrupt early.

Best to not participate in a political campaign you can't win and not have it on your record. This is why you saw\see such novice campaign errors made by McCain's team.

Hitler was defeated in the popular election and used heavy-handed tactics within parliament to attain chancellorship of a coalition government. And to stay in power, he suspended the rights of the entire country and violently suppressed all opposition.

The U.S. has alot of checks and balances and way too much bureaucracy for something like that to happen.

Can't we just buy her a six of beer and a new hunting rifle to bribe to go back to Wasilla, Alaska?
