But then again, they have plenty of gun control laws in South Chicago.
Wonder why they dont work?

gun control within one city surrounded by gun toting states is preemtively ineffective. What nees to be done..is to stop manufacturing of all guns (driving up the costs)....and then the systematic confiscation of all guns...now that would do the trick!

Plenty of people in Illinois own firearms all their lives and never
have a problem. Some just know how to behave themselves. It looks like
Southside has never learned that aspect of personal responsibility.
BO obviously forgot to teach them.

What do you propose we should issue to soldiers, then? A straw and a handful of napkins to make spitwads? Or just train them to be really accurate with stones?

Giv'em a rolled up copy of the Brady Bill. That will scare the crap
