Someone claims that this is a video displaying a fool, shooting another guy, out on a front-stoop in the Bronx. Can anyone determine whether it's real or fake?

FAKE. No one walks beside a shooter with a cam in such a calm manner. Plus, the people around the victim kinda have a "huh?" expression, no screaming or attempts at running away.
