It would take time and effort to pass VCU and GMU, Radford on the other hand probably wouldnt take more than a minimal of efforts. If the University of the District of Columbia can exist it cant be that hard to start a school.

For the sake of profit I also think its best we dont offer scholarships for a while unless theyre for sports and we have someone do their school work for them.
