According to an August 6th 2007 issue of Business Week magazine, we spend 41 billion dollars on our pets annually. Just imagine the medical services we could provide people for all that money.

This is why when people say they dont want the government spending their money...I think why not!

Because the Govt wastes money and throwing money at social programs has never worked. War on poverty has been a failure with social programs causing more poverty than they solve.

Here's what I know.....in 2008 the US spent 48% of the total worldwide expenditure on national defense. Europe was second with 20%...next China with 8%. This is money just pissed away...well beyond our needs. We have been sold a pig in a poke on how much we need to spend to defend ourselves and our national interests.
