don't be a douche. it's always been acceptable if they are hot/attractive or otherwise have some positive features on display.

Woe MC legs look terrible. I believe she is starving herself to stay so thin. This can lead to muscle loss and skinny but gross looking limbs that have a deflated look. Go look at pics of anorexics. She needs to eat a healthy diet and get decent exercise.
