Well, that should go over well. I suppose though if they allow Jewish "arbitration" for civil matters in Jewish communities it makes sense. As long as it is not applied to Criminal Law it may work. I think though it just allows for more self-imposed segregation in their country - the Criminal Laws are in part derived from Christian religious morals and values.

Hmm, and how are they planning on handling Polygamy over there? Doesn't Sharia law allow for that? Wow, so much for the woman's movement over there :)

I'm just finishing reading Noble House about Hong Kong. The Chinese in Hong Kong were tried in British courts under Confucian Law. They were allowed to have more then one wife. Of course all this changed when the Hong Kong reverted back to the Peoples Republic.

Once the Muslim population in the UK reaches a majority, they will
do away with British law altogether. And just think, the Brits
thought "diversity" was so fuckin' wonderful! Are they (the
Brits) going to ask us to invade and throw them out for them?

Step 1 in the Islamic grand plan. Form countries within countries and eat it up from the inside out.

The British people are about 1 inch from a major uprising and riot against Islam.

I agree...THE most dangerous trend in Amerikan politics is the power held by the religious right. They have a strangle hold on the republikan party and have begun to influence the democratic party. 9/11 expedited the religious right's influence....Osama has altered our future! Bill O'Reilly and his "culture wars" are another example of how religion is influencing our secular lives more and more.
