I'd be curious - based on the information in this article it appears that in many states, women don't even have access to rape test kits:

And of the rapes that did occur in Alaska, I wonder how many of the cities and towns did charge for them... They seem to want to take small facts (like the fact that the police chief of Wasilla was the one upset with this issue) and make it somehow Palin's issue.
