I love it!!! However in Fairfax county, they would have arrested the 85 year old and given the robber punitive damages. Then they would have tasered the woman to death

And waht basis do you have for stating this? Are the police here known for tasering people to death - and have there been any incidents of tasering an old woman in her home?

I assume you are refering to the concept of attractive nuissance. If you leave a ladder against your house leading to an open window - then yes should someone climb the ladder and fall, depending on the circumstances - you might be held responcible. But that would be in a civil matter not a criminal matter and the police would only get involved in the criminal matter. I doubt they would then "taser you to death".

So please provide one example of the Fairfax police tasering to death an innocent bystander and I will concede your point. If you can not provide one example of the FCPD tasering an innocent bystander to death, then you are full of crap and should be exposed as such.

In poker, this would be a "call".

However, Your handle, Radiophile, is original and pretty cool. And what you wrote was well thought, intelligent, lucid, to the point, and uncompromisingly, right.

A little whiny yes, but I can't help myself, I respect you

Hugs and kisses

If you are a woman, hugs and kisses to you. If you are a man, how about a hearty hand shake and a punch in the arm?
