Its called LAZY.......I have a house in my hood that has left those stupid icicle lights up for 5 years now. They havent even worked the last 3.

The worst are the ones with every garden decoration from Home Depot/Lowes. The garden gnomes and fairies have replaced all the pink flamingos.

Yes I figured it had to do with something along those lines. They must keep them on year-round so that they can always feel the holiday cheer to distract themselves from their poor white trashy homes, broken down green RVs and purple vans, mud drive ways, etc.

I care. Christmas lights look good around Christmas time, that's why I care. They don't have any young children so my problem is it's tacky. If your neighbors had Halloween decorations up all year what would your thoughts be?

Are they plain white lights or multi colored lights?

If they're plain white its okay.

Also make sure they aren't blinking.

He's an fat white trashy retired dirty old man. He has to want to keep them up if he turns them on nightly. I have seen an electric wheel chair but no ass in it. I'm going to put up Halloween stuff tonight.
