Banquet??? Really? That stuff is repulsive. And you sure must like apples.
There are a lot of things than can be cooked in less than 30 minutes and that will last several days. Most require very little skill. You should learn to cook.

Just more gel packs. They really save a lot of food when the power goes out.

Hmmm the downstairs fridge just has beer in it. Not particularly well stocked right now as it has been awhile since we've had a big party.
Upstairs.... There is a brisket for the corned beef and cabbage I plan to make today. A variety of fruits and veggies for juicing. The chicken stock I made last night from the remains of the rotisserie chicken, as well as some of the left over meat. Huge potabello mushrooms. And then standard fridge stuff like milk, eggs, garlic, shallots, lemons, ginger, etc.
