I don't know how people work in gerontology, it's like dealing with children that smell like moth balls and use 1940s slurs.

I see age 70 as my check out date, maybe sooner if I get something terminal. What happens after that powerchairs, AARP, adult diapers, catheters, nursing homes, diabetes and yelling at the tv. No thanks.

Lol!

I see 70 as the time I get to start thinking about relaxing and taking that trip to the Greek islands, pigging out on REAL Mediterranean food, heading on over to Asia and enjoying some street food again, maybe trying to get some Spanish practice in, of all places, Spain, wearing my chubbies (I just call them "shorts" rankly) and mowing the lawn, wearing same and planting some more trees after I take down a couple with a hand-pruning saw (only), etc etc etc.

Haven't you heard that 60 is the new 30?

Check out at 70!?

Good grief - I'm planning to have barely begun life by then.
