Gas prices keep going down!

Went to Fredericksburg this morning and gas was under 3.50 down there. Stocks up, gas down, unemployment down. Things are getting so much better.

Rural areas always have lower prices. RE and leases lower. Consumer sentiment is lowest in two years so stocks aren't helping most people, just the 40% of the economy that's dependent on financial assets for their salaries.
