I already called Fairfax City police tonight (703) 385-7924, and talked to a lieutenant who said he knows Monique very well from past cases. Apparently there is no report filed against me.
I explained how the mother (Ruth) and Monique both simultaneously said they were pressing charges against me AND driving to Richmond to kill me and give me a taste of my own medicine. He said this happens all the time, people claiming they are going to court or taking police action, yet threaten others at the same time.

I think you are right, I don't see what crime was committed here.
There is no restraining order (you don't get a restraining order in just a day), there are no recordings, the police weren't contacted.
She's just putting on a show.

I just checked out both of these morons' arrest records and it looks like lizzie wins for the assault on a police officer (reduced) and selling weed in Ffx City. Eesh just has some eluding police (likely on a motorcycle) charge that was a small fine.
