Neighbors file false charges against emotionally unstable woman to get her attention...
Colleen Lindvall, of Virginia, is filing suit against Melissa McLaughlin, Scott McLaughlin Linda Cahill, Timothy Cahill, Thomas Pilsch and Tracy Pilsch, alleging harassment of the plaintiff by her neighbors.
