Missing handles on crappy euro cabinets...weird wall thing...exposed wire...ridiculous black tile patch...ancient boom box...funky looking wall outlet...ugly wall color...and a naked woman - must be Russia or Eastern Europe.

The power outlet on the wall to her right looks a lot like a British BS 1363 socket, which would also jibe well with the English word "BREAD" on the wooden container behind her.

There is no letter in the Cyrillic alphabet that resembles the Latin letter "D".

I would concur that it is a wall-mounted electric heater, and probably a UK brand such as Dimplex, but I can't be more specific.

This is a Consort Claudgen 2KW Downflow Fan Heater, which, except for the color, looks very much like the appliance in the picture.

Consort is a UK brand.

Something about this seems ... Bristol to me. Possibly London but definitely in the south. There seems to be an odd mixture of crappy fixtures and extra money, but her hair, makeup, and nails are too well done to be bog-standard chav. Her age, heater in the kitchen area - I'm going with 2nd year uni. Kinda curious why her shorts are on backwards ...
